How the coaching sessions work:

  1. Pre-session preparation: Completing the in-take questionnaire, signing the coaching agreement, and making an appointment.
  2. Initial assessment: Understanding your current situation and identifying your goals and aspirations in the first session.
  3. Personalized plan: Creating a tailored action plan to achieve your objectives.
  4. Regular sessions: Weekly coaching sessions to keep you on track. Sessions are 50 minutes long and are held via Zoom.
  5. Intensive workshop: You can opt for an intensive workshop of 3, 6, or 10 sessions (with breaks). Sessions are 50 minutes long and are held via Zoom.
  6. Follow-up sessions: Bi-weekly or monthly sessions to support you on your journey, depending on your needs and preferences.
