How the coaching sessions work

STEP 1: Get a free call of 15 minutes before you purchase a single session or a coaching package.

You can opt for a single session or choose from 3 packages: Clarity, Breakthrough, and Game-changer.

During the free call, we explore your current situation, struggles, goals, and aspirations to establish the support and empowerment you need. Contact me at contact@innovativecoachingacademy.com

STEP 2: The first session

In the first session, we’ll discuss your current situation, struggles, and aspirations. Then, we'll make a plan and agree on the coaching tools and techniques. Sessions are 50 minutes long and take place via Zoom.

STEP 3: Session structure

1) Starting with a lead-in or relaxation activity to set a positive tone,
2) reviewing progress on homework or goals achieved,
3) discussing current challenges and experiences,
4) setting a new goal for the upcoming week, and
5) wrap-up or closing reflection.
6) The sessions are fully tailored to your unique needs and preferences.

STEP 4: Regular sessions or intensive workshops

You can use your package for weekly sessions or opt for an intensive workshop of 3, 6, or 10 sessions (with breaks).

STEP 5: When your coaching program ends

In the last session of your package, we will review the progress you have made, discuss the tools you have learned to continue your journey and CELEBRATE YOUR GROWTH AND ACHIEVEMENTS.

STEP 6: Follow-up sessions

You can join follow-up sessions to discuss your growth and achievements, which can be scheduled bi-weekly or monthly, depending on your preference and needs.
