Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and the process for requesting a refund.

1. Refund Eligibility

Infoproducts (Online Courses, Videos, Workshops, Webinars, E-books, Handouts, Manuals)

  1. Eligibility Period: You can request a refund for any any infoproduct within 14 days of the purchase date. However, individual coaching sessions and single coaching sessions shall not be refunded.
  2. Conditions:
    • The refund will only be granted if less than 20% of the content has been accessed or downloaded.
    • E-books, handouts, and manuals are eligible for a refund only if they have not been downloaded.
  3. Non-Eligible Purchases: No refunds will be issued for infoproducts purchased as part of a bundle or at a discounted rate unless all items in the bundle are returned and are eligible for a refund.

Coaching Sessions (Group and Individual)

  1. Cancellation Policy:
    • For individual coaching sessions, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to receive a full refund.
    • For group coaching sessions, you must cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled session to receive a full refund.
  2. No-Show Policy: No refunds will be issued for missed sessions without prior notice.
  3. Package Deals: Refunds for coaching packages will be prorated based on the sessions already completed and the eligibility of remaining sessions.

  2. Step 2: Include your order number, purchase date, and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund.
